Excellent guide for those of us who need to keep track of daily grams of protein. I highly recommend it.
This book is certainly complete, although I think they could include values for smaller portions to make it easier to calculate some things. It does the job though. However, I got even more then I expected from this book because now I know that squirrel has less calories then Opossum or Muskrat. No, I am not kidding! Frog legs? Yep, they're included! I also learned that apparently you can eat ferns, because they're in there too. Who knows what I might find next!?!
good deal
This was interesting to read and I keep it on me for using while I am away. This makes for great reference for my protein intake at different restaurants. I have found some discrepancies in the amount of protein listed in some foods vs the list of what my bariatric center had given me, but this is not a big deal. The book says certain servings are actually higher in protein than what I have, but for reference, this book is very good.
This book has just about anything you can think of to check out the protein grams. Easy to look up things alphabetically. A must have for people who need to count protein and not go over or under.
